Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide from Los Angeles by USPS or FedEx. Items will be shipped to buyer's address. We guarantee that orders will be shipped out either same day or within next working day, AFTER payment has been received. Notification of shipment with tracking No. will be sent to buyer via email. Please NOTE that we are NOT responsible for items lost or damaged during freight, except in cases where insurance is purchased. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery to US destinations and 14 business days for delivery to any International destinations.

Returns & Replacements - 21-day Return Policy
Non-refundable items indluding:
Any product that is returned more than 21 days after receipt.
Any product that has been opened or used.
Any product that is not in its original condition or packaging, is damaged, or is missing anything.
Any discount, clearance or sales product that beautyexpressmall.com has already outlined as being non-refundable.
Any free gift product and samples.
In the event of a customer dispute, beautyexpressmall.com's decision will be final.

All products are checked and verified for quality control purposes before mailing. We do our best efforts to ensure that the product is delivered to you in a perfect condition, the product may be damaged in the delivery process. Should this be the case, please return the damaged product(s). Please refer to our Return Procedures. We only offer exchanges in cases where you received a damaged, defective, or wrong product. We will to re-send the product with the same shipping method used previously. If you have returned a damaged, defective, or incorrect product to us, the return shipping fee will also be refunded to you. In the case that the product is sold out, we'll provide a refund on the product(s) purchased, in the same form of payment used for purchase.

Return Procedures
You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps: Contact us via email at customerservice@beautyexpressmall.com Provide us with your Order Number. Indicate returned products and the reason for your return Pack the returned products along with our acknowledgement email securely in a box that we can expedite your request. Send the returning items by mail to: Beauty Express Mall, PO BOX 1133, Arcadia CA 91077. All returns must have prepaid shipping, otherwise it will be rejected. We cannot accept COD returns.
Refund Policy
Please note that we need to verify the condition of the returned product(s) before we can provide a refund for these returned products. All Non-returnable items will neither receive refund nor return to you. We regret that we do not refund original shipping and handling fees with the return. We can only refund the total value of products. And if your order was placed with a promotion code or free gift, you must return them together in order to have the refund. Otherwise, original price of the product will be deducted from the refund.

Refund timeline: Refund will be in the same form of payment initially used for purchase. After refund requested made to our bank, it may take up to 2 weeks for your credit card company to process the credit back to your account.

Undeliverable orders: Occasionally orders are returned to us due to an incorrect PO Box, address, hotel, failed delivery attempts We can re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed. However, customers will be charged a shipping fee for the orders.
